Record Real Estate Sales in the Mountains

According to a report from Land Title Guarantee Company, five Colorado resort counties will set a record of a total of $8.56 billion in real estate sales this year showing that real estate is indeed local. The 5 counties include Garfield and the counties where you find Aspen, Vail and Steamboat ski resorts.
