Keystone to move River Run Gondola increasing ski-in and ski-out real estate

Keystone announced last night that they are moving the existing River Run gondola across the Snake River and closer to the River Run Village. It will make the Red Hawk and Springs buildings either ski-in and ski-out or close to it.

There are several properties on the market in the Red Hawk and the Springs building that were priced prior to this knowledge. More than likely, this will increase the prices for units in these two buildings.
