Preliminary Approval for Blue River Crossing Development

A proposed 3 story development in the riverfront district of Silverthorne received preliminary approval yesterday. The property is located on Rainbow Drive between the town pavilion and the recreation center. The project has plans for 28 residential units, 10,000 square feet of enclosed parking, 3,792 square feet of commercial square footage. The town and the developer will continue to work towards approval of a final plan.
